Products Description

This is a high performance double-sided foam bonding tape. The product is white.

The Polyethylene foam is predominantly closed celled. An acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive is coated on both sides, and the product has a Polycoat paper release liner. The material can be supplied with a film liner facilitating automated application.

For mirror mounting.
For mounting glazing bars.
For mounting cable trunking.
For crystalline silicon PV panel frame bonding.
For general mounting / bonding.

Maximum recommended weight loading of 15g/cm².
Application temperature: +10°C to +40°C.
Minimum 20% compression required to effect a water seal.
Coated on both sides with a high quality pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive.
Good resistance to dilute acids and alkalis.
Paper release liner, reducing dimensional change during application.
Very good UV light resistance.
Resistance to abrasion, corrosion and moisture.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor environments.
May be used with Perspex and Polycarbonate.

Packaging: Full sets shrink, or single rolls shrink with customized label, hang card packing or display box. 
Roll Length: 20m and 50m is the standard other length available Roll Width: 48mm and 72mm as standard. Others sizes and formats on request.
